Carpet Cleaning Process

Pre Inspection
We will visit the property to inspect the carpets so we can ascertain the steps needed for the cleaning process.
2.
Pre Vacuum
We will pre vacuum the carpets to ensure all debris is removed before we start the pre treatment spray
3.
Carpet Agitator
We use our CRB carpet agitating machine to thoroughly loosen up the dirt from fibers prior to applying the pre spray treatment and to agitate the fibers on high traffic areas including the front of your sofas to lift and restore flattened pile.
4.
Pre Treatment Spray
Once the carpets have been vacuumed we will begin by using a pre spray to treat stains and loosens dirt before the hot water extraction.
5.
Hot Water Shampoo Extraction
Once the pre treatment spray has been doing its job we are now ready to start the hot water extraction, using our powerful carpet cleaning machine, the hot water combined with detergent and the high pressure cleaning penetrates deep into the carpet fibers ensuring a deep fresh clean of your carpets.
UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
Sofas are one of the most used pieces of furniture in your home and it is recommended to clean these at least once a year to keep them in the best possible condition.
RUG CLEANING
We will pre spray the rug with the pre treatment solution and use the hot water extraction cleaning to bring your rug back to life.
MOVING OF FURNITURE
We move furniture free of charge but due to health and safety for our team we may not be able to move some pieces but will be assessed and discussed on the initial visit.
